- Apa yang aku buat..
(menyusukan badan breast feed really help a lot)
mencepatkan process penurunan berat badan
- NO NASI at all
- Banyakmakan fast food hahaha seyes
- AIR KOSONG
- BUAH
- NO NASI AGAIN
- DISPLIN YG TINGGI
sanggup? nak petua? nanti aku perturunkan..tapi kena DISPLIN ya..
